Trees are very significant to the Lord God our Father.
The Tree of Life was found in the first and last pages of the Holy Bible. In
Genesis it was removed from the control of fallen man lest he live forever in
his fallen state.
In Revelations after the resurrection of man to his
former sinless state the Tree of Life is freely available for the healing of
the nations.
Adam was created in the image and likeness of God and
enjoyed full fellowship with Him until he ate the forbidden fruit of the Tree
of Knowdlege of Good and Evil. This opened a Pandora's Box of evil that
continues till this day and beyond. When Adam sinned his spirit died and he
found he was naked and clothed himself with figleaves. This nakedness exposed
his soul to the horrors of the Six Day Realm (see Previous articles) and God
had to put into motion a plan to save mankind from total destruction.
Every human born after Adam was at a lower stature than
him until the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus took on the fall in the
Garden of Eden when He sweated blood in the Garden of Gethsemane. He took on
every sin and sickness - the whole Pandora's Box - on the Cross. Our dead
spirits were in Him on that Cross and as HE died He swapped His life for our
death. We were buried with Him and resurrected to eternal life with Him. (1 Cor
15 v 12-23; 45-47).
Adam was of the earth and called the first Man; Jesus was
the Lord from Heaven and called the second Man; therefore all that were born
between Adam and Jesus were less than perfect original design Men. To regain
that status we must be born again. (John 3v3). We MUST. This is not a church
fad or happy clappy meetings. This is the absolute necessity. Be born again and
then baptized in water to take you through the death and resurrection cycle. It
brings you back to the Tree of Life which is the fruit of the Holy Spirit the
very nature of Jesus.
This is His nature - love, joy, peace, longsuffering
(patience), gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance (self-control).
There are no laws against anyone displaying this nature. Imagine if the whole
world could have this nature. There would be no wars, no hatred, no murder, no
rape, no fighting, no witches, no corruption, no stress. That is what our
Father in Heaven planned for and this is what Satan wrecked.
So each one of us who is truly born again and has
purposed to remove the frills of the modern church entertainment centre has a
work to do. Get all excited and tell everybody that Jesus Christ is Lord! Bring
them to Him and He will uproot the bad trees and plant the Tree of Life in
their midst.
